摘要
产业的空间分布和发展是非均衡的,其集聚与扩散是有规律可循的。近几个月广东东莞等地出现的企业迁出潮预示着我国产业分布梯度转移与升级的时机可能正在到来。未来一段时期,东部沿海地区原制造业聚集地应该积极引导企业的优化升级,而作为产业转移承接地的中西部地区则应该抓住有利时机,吸引更多企业进入。
The spatial distribution of manufacturing industry and its development is an une- ven spread of clusters of activity.There are some general laws about this agglomeration and disper- sion process.The moving out of firms recently from Dongguan,Guangdong Province indicates that the deconcentration and upgrating oppertunity appears in manufacturing industry in some places.Firms at the former concentration locations in Eastern China should try to upgrade their business,and cities in Central and Western China should be ready to accept the transfer of the manufacturing firms.
