摘要
目的目的优选中药挥发油的提取工艺。方法采用水蒸汽蒸馏法对广藿香、荆芥穗、连翘、陈皮4种药材挥发油提取工艺条件进行优选,以挥发油得率为指标,考察影响挥发油得率的因素并确定最佳提取工艺。结果广藿香、连翘、陈皮3种药材最佳提取工艺为不浸泡、加入6倍量的水、提取5~6h;荆芥穗的最佳提取工艺为不浸泡、加入6倍量的水、提取1~2h。结论提取不含根茎类、木质类药材的中药复方挥发油时,最佳提取工艺为不浸泡、加入6倍量的水、提取5~6h。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of volatile oil of chinese medicine. Methods The method of water distilling was used to optimize the extraction process ofpogostemonis herba、schizonepetae spica、forsythiae fructus、citri pericarpium reticulatae. Results The optimal extraction conditions of pogostemonis herba、forsythiae fructus、citri pericarpium reticulatae were as follows: adding water 6 times as much as the medicine and extracting for 5~6h without soaking. The optimal extraction conditions of schizonepetae spica were as follows: adding water 6 times as much as the medicine and extracting for 1h ~2h without soaking. Conclusion The optimal extraction conditions of volatile oil in compound prescription of Chinese medicinal without rhizome were as follows: adding water 6 times as much as the medicine and extracting for 5~6h without grinding and soaking.
