摘要 以AP1000机组稳压器垂直支撑增强结构为研究对象,论述和研究其结构特点、材料的焊接性、施工环境等,找出重点和难点。焊前应确保坡口区域干燥并及时清除工件及坡口区域的铁锈、灰尘等杂物;采取合理的预热,采用低氢型焊材,焊后缓冷,可有效防止产生冷裂纹;采用电加热的方式优于火焰预热,其温度分布均匀、稳定、温差梯度小;充分利用结构刚性配合防变形工装,采取对称焊、分段焊,并控制焊接参数、焊道排布和顺序等是控制焊接变形的有效方法。 Taking the AP1000 unit vertical support enhancement structure as the rsearch object,this paper discusses and studies the structural characteristics, the welding property of the material, the construction environment, etc. ,to find the key and difficult points. Before welding shall ensure that the groove dry areas and the timely removal of the workpiece and the groove region of rust,dust and other debris;take reasonable preheating, using low hydrogen welding materials, welding and after slow cooling,can effectively prevent the generation of cold crack;using electric heating method is better than the flame preheating, the temperature distribution is uniform and stable, small temperature gradient; make full use of the rigid structure with the anti deformation tooling, take symmetric welding, subsection welding and control welding parameters, weld layout and order is an effective method to control the welding deformation.
