脑心清片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效观察

Observation on the clinical effect of Nao Xinqing Pian in the treatment of angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease

目的探索脑心清片在冠心病心绞痛患者中的临床应用。方法将我院于2011年2月至2014年5月所接收冠心病心绞痛疾病患者作为本组调查对象,分成不同疗法治疗组,即:对照组患者行果糖二磷酸钠、依那普利疗法,研究组于上述药物基础上行脑心清片疗法,于临床疾病治疗结束后评判治疗效果。结果研究组冠心病心绞痛疾病患者临床治疗效果92.0%、毒副作用总发生率4.0%和对照组(74.0%、18.0%)相比,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论临床给予冠心病心绞痛疾病患者脑心清片治疗方案作用明显,可改善疾病指标,缓解临床疼痛度,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the clinical application of Nao Xinqing Pian in the patients with angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease. Methods The patients suffered from angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from February 2011 to May 2014 were enrolled as research objects,they were divided into control group（ fructose sodium diphosphate combined enalapril therapy） and study group（ plus Nao Xinqing Pian on the basis of control group）,the clinical efficacy was evaluated at the end of treatment.Results The clinical effect of the study group was 92. 0% and the incidence of adverse effects was 4%,however,it was 74% and 18% in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）.Conclusions The clinical effect of Nao Xinqing Pian in the treatment of angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease is obvious,and it can improve the disease index,relieve clinical pain,so it is worth learning.
