循证护理对改进母乳喂养相关乳头疼痛及损伤预防的效果分析

Analysis on the effect of evidence- based nursing in the improvement of nipple pain and injury prevention in breast feeding

目的分析循证护理对改进母乳喂养相关乳头疼痛及损伤预防的效果。方法选取2013年1月至2014年12月在我院产科住院、分娩的健康产妇600例,根据护理方法分为对照组与研究组,对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上采用循证护理。对比两组不同阶段乳头VAS疼痛评分、乳头疼痛程度、满意度以及乳头损伤程度等。结果研究组不同阶段VAS疼痛评分均明显小于对照组;研究组中度疼痛占总人数的27%,明显低于对照组,无痛人数占总人数的17%明显大于对照组;研究组产妇对治疗效果、护理人员服务态度、并发症预防效果、整体预后效果以及满意度总分上均显著高于对照组;研究组产妇在严重、一般这两种乳头损伤程度上均明显低于对照组;研究组乳头损伤程度轻微和无损伤的人数比例均明显大于对照组,以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理对改进母乳喂养相关乳头疼痛及损伤预防的效果更佳,产妇恢复效果结果更优,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of evidence- based nursing in improving prevention effect of breast feeding related nipple pain and injury. Methods From January 2013 to December 2014,600 cases of healthy pregnant women,who hospitalized and given birth in our hospital,were selected. According to the different nursing way they were divided into the control group and study group. Patients in control group using conventional nursing,on the basis of the control group patients in the research group used evidence- based nursing. The different stages of nipple VAS pain score,the degree of nipple pain,satisfaction and the degree of nipple injury of the two groups were compared. Results At different stages,the pain scores of the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the total number of moderate pain women in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the total number of painless patients in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The satisfaction of pregnant women on therapy effect,nursing staff＇s service attitude,preventive effect on complications,general prognosis effect and total satisfactory of study group were preceded those in the control group. The slight nipple injury and none injury patients account more in the study group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）.Conclusions Evidence based nursing has better effect on improving breast feeding related nipple pain and injury prevention,and the effect of maternal recovery is more excellent. It is worthy of clinical application.
