氯氮平和阿立哌唑单用或联用治疗难治性精神分裂症的疗效及安全性

Curative effect and safety of clozapine and aripiprazole single or combination on treatment-resistant schizophrenia

目的观察比较氯氮平和阿立哌唑单用或联用治疗难治性精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法选取2015年1—6月于我院医治的精神分裂症住院患者63例。观察组33例采用氯氮平和阿立哌唑联用治疗,对照组31例采用氯氮平单用治疗。共治疗10周。最后采用阳性症状与阴性症状量表(PANSS)及治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后,对照组总有效率为70.9%,而观察组总有效率为90.6%,两组结果相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组阳性症状、阴性症状评分差异不明显(P>0.05)。治疗后两种患者的阳性症状、阴性症状评分较治疗前均有明显下降(P<0.05);治疗2周后开始的同期时间下,观察组的阳性及阴性症状评分均比对照组低(P<0.05和P<0.05)。不良反应方面,两组经过对比,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论氯氮平和阿立哌唑联用治疗难治性精神分裂症后,患者临床症状改善程度较高,无明显不良反应,具有比较好的安全性,疗效好,值得推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of clozapine and aripiprazole single orcombination curing treatment-resistant schizophrenia. Methods Selecting 64 in-patients with treatment-resistant schizophrenia treated in our hospital from January,2015 to June,2015. randomly dividing into control group with 31 treated by clozapine and observation group with 33 treated by clozapine and aripiprazole. Using positive and negative symptom scale（ PANSS） and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale（ TESS） to evaluate the effect and adverse action. Results The total efficiency of the observation group is 90. 9%,which was higher than the 70.9% of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The positive and negative symptom scale scores reduction in observation group were distinguished more than control group（ all P〈 0. 05）. There is no obvious difference between the adverse reaction of the two groups（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Aripiprazole combined with low-dose clozapine have better curative effect and safe for TRS. It is an efficient therapeutic method.
