马来酸桂哌齐特联合麝香保心丸治疗心绞痛临床疗效及安全性研究

Research on curative effect and safety on Cinepazide Maleate and Shexiang Baoxin Pill treatment of patients with angina pectoris

目的观察马来酸桂哌齐特联合麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法将冠心病心绞痛患者120例随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组给予抗凝、降低心肌氧耗等基础治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用马来酸桂哌齐特注射液联合麝香保心丸口服,观察两组患者临床疗效及安全性。结果治疗组患者临床症状、心电图改善总有效率高于对照组,超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)较对照组明显降低(均P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未发生明显的药物不良反应。结论马来酸桂哌齐特联合麝香保心丸可改善冠心病心绞痛患者症状,临床疗效可靠,药物安全性好。

Objective To observe curative effect and safety of Cinepazide Maleate and Shexiang Baoxin Pill（ SBP） treatment of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Methods 120 patients with coronary heart disease angina were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,patients in the control group were given the foundational treatment such as anticoagulant and reduce myocardial oxygen consumption,patients in the treatment group were given Cinepazide Maleate Injection and SBP combined with the foundational treatment,then observed the clinical curative effect and safety between two groups. Results Total effective rate of clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram improvement in the treatment group were higher than the control group,in addition,compared with the control group,hypersensitive c-reactive protein（ hs-CRP） and fibrinogen（ FIB） were decline in the treatment group（ all P〈 0. 05）. There were no obvious adverse drug reactions during the treatment in two groups. Conclusions Cinepazide Maleate and SBP can improve symptoms in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris and has reliable clinical curative effect without obvious adverse drug reactions.
