复方黄芩含漱液对白血病化疗所致口腔炎的疗效观察

Prophylaxis of chemotherapy-induced stomatitis by Compound Gargle of Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi in leukemia

目的研究复方黄芩含漱液对白血病患者化疗所致口腔炎的防治作用。方法选择本科室2015年2—8月收治的白血病患者80例,按随机数字表法随机将患者分为两组,每组各40例,实验组用复方黄芩含漱液漱口,对照组用0.9%生理盐水500 ml加庆大霉素64万U漱口液漱口,每天4次,连用2周。观察两组患者对口腔炎发生率、愈合时间、口腔炎程度。结果两组口腔炎发生率、愈合时间、口腔炎程度比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论复方黄芩含漱液能有效地预防及治疗白血病化疗所致的口腔炎。

Objective To investigate the prophylaxis of chemotherapy-induced stomatitis by Compound Gargle of Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi in leukemia. Methods 80 leukemia parents from February 2015 to August 2015 were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group. Patients in the experimental group were given the Compound Gargle of Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi,while 500 ml 0. 9% normal saline with 160 thousand unit Gentamicin Sulfate Injection were given to those in the control group. The incidence,constitution and healing time of stomatitis were observed indicators. Results The difference between 2 group in the incidence rate,healing time and degree of stomatitis was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Compound Gargle of Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi could prevent and cure chemotherapy-induced stomatitis in leukemia.
