摘要
职业院校开展企业培训是我国职业院校发展的一个紧迫的时代课题。通过采用绩效技术模型的分析框架,研究发现我国职业院校培训在规模上与预期目标还有相当大的差距,存在着教师承担培训的积极性不高、职业院校培训与教学工作关联性不强、培训的内容大多以低技术含量为主等问题。职业院校开展企业培训应提升教师企业培训的专业胜任能力,开发包含职业认证资格的标准化课程,建立教师及院系开展企业培训的激励机制,优化职业院校培训的工作流程,设计教学与培训相互促进的组织架构。
Promoting vocational colleges to carry out corporate training is an urgent topic of the times. With theanalysis framework of performance technology model, it is found that there is a considerable gap between the training scaleof vocational institution and its expectation. There are the defaults in training in vocational colleges,such as the lowenthusiasm of teachers' involvement in training,the weak association between training and teaching,and thelow-tech-oriented training in most contents. To improve the training in vocational colleges,we should promote teachers' professional competence of corporate training, develop standardized training courses containing occupationalcertification,establish the mechanisms encouraging teachers and faculty to carry out corporate training,optimizeworkflow of the training in vocational colleges,and redesign organization structure mutually promoting teaching andtraining.
