摘要
培养社会创业者是创业社会的时代需求,也是高校的新使命。作为社会创业教育的发源地,哈佛大学通过开发融合性社会创业教育课程、多元体验学习平台、协作型创业教育共同体等策略成为全球高校社会创业教育的标杆。我国高校应提高对社会创业教育重要性的认识,探索社会创业教育的发展路径,推动社会创业教育与有关学科专业融合,优化社会创业教育组织与外部支撑体系,通过培养社会创业人才推动我国和谐社会建设。
To cultivate social entrepreneurs is both the need of entrepreneurial society era and the new mission ofhigher education institutes(HEIs). As the headstream of social entrepreneurship education(SEE),Harvard Universityhas become the benchmark for other HEIs by developing integrated social entrepreneurship courses,building diverseplatforms for experiential learning,and creating an entrepreneurship education community with tight collaborations.Universities and colleges in China should rebuild the concept of entrepreneurship education to break the aphasia of SEE,reinforce subjects interaction and permeation to promote the development of cross campus SEE,and optimize theorganization and supportive system to assure the sustainability of SEE,and greatly promote the construction of harmonioussociety through cultivating social entrepreneurs.
