论奥巴马政府解密管理及启示

on the decryption management of Obama's Government and inspiration

摘要 通过对美国政府历年颁布的解密公开类法案的研读,了解奥巴马政府进行档案解密管理的背景成因,研究奥巴马政府在解密管理中的具体举措,尤其是解密机构的设立和修整,有效地总结出此次改革的相关作用及对我国解密管理的重要启示,以弥补我国解密机制领域的空白。 Through reading the public decryption files of US government over the years, understand the background causes of decryption management of O bama＇s Government, study the specific initiatives in the decryption management, in particular the establishment and trimming of decryption mechanism and effectively summarize the relevant and important role of the reform and the enlightenment to decryption management in China, to fill gaps in the field of decryption mechanism in China.
