本文以某检察院近年来办理国家机关、事业单位"小官贪腐"类职务犯罪案件为分析对象,以"小官贪腐"的职务犯罪特点为出发点,剖析其案发原因,并提出针对性的预防对策,以期对遏制"小官贪腐",特别是国家机关和事业单位中这类犯罪起到一定借鉴作用。

The paper took the cases of job- related crimes like ＂Minor official corruption＂ in state organs and institutions handled by a procuratorate in recent years as the object of the analysis, and the characteristics of ＂minor official corruption＂ as a starting point, to analyze its causes and propose targeted prevention measures in order to play a reference to curb the ＂minor official corruption＂, especially such crimes in the state organs and institutions.
