研讨式教学法在实战训练中的应用——以“十二运”安保指挥员培训为例

Application of seminar- style teaching method in actual combat training——Taking the example of the training of security commanders of "the Twelfth Nationwide Games"

在实战难题的倒逼下,回顾了"十二运安保指挥员"五场交流研讨活动的训练内容与过程,积极改革教学方法,将"研讨式教学法"应用在公安实战指挥员训练中。通过列举训练中的实际情景,提出以解决问题为中心、以学员为主体的研讨式教学法,是提升公安教育训练质量的又一有效教学方法。并根据实际教学经验,指出运用研讨式教学法应注意的问题。

Under the reversed pressure of real problems, the author reviewed the training content and process of the five exchange seminars of ＂the security commanders of the Twelfth N ationwide Games＂, positively reformed the teaching methods, and applied the ＂Seminar- style teaching method＂ in the training of the security commanders. By listing the actual training scenarios, put forward the seminar- style teaching method of solving problem- centered and taking learners as the main bodies is another effective way to improve the quality of police education and training. And based on actual teaching experience, point out the problems should pay attention to in the application of seminar- style teaching method.
