新辅助化疗联合化癥回生片治疗中晚期宫颈癌的疗效观察

Treatment of Advanced Cervical Cancer by Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy(NACT)Combined with Huazheng Huisheng Tablets(化癥回生片): A Clinical Observation

目的:探讨新辅助化疗联合化癥回生片在中晚期宫颈癌治疗中的临床疗效与安全性。方法:将80例中晚期宫颈癌患者随机分为两组,每组40例,治疗组采取新辅助化疗联合化癥回生片口服进行治疗,对照组予单纯新辅助化疗。治疗结束后随访3年,评价两组患者近期临床疗效、3年后生存情况(3年生存率、局部复发率、远处转移率)、治疗前后肿瘤直径变化及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组的临床总有效率为57.5%,明显高于对照组的35.0%,且与对照组比较,治疗组患者肿瘤直径缩小变化更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组3年生存率为77.5%,显著高于对照组的52.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组患者不良反应发生率、局部复发率和远处转移率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:新辅助化疗联合化癥回生片治疗中晚期宫颈癌患者的临床疗效肯定,不仅可延长患者寿命,且未明显升高不良反应发生率,是一种治疗中晚期宫颈癌的有效安全的方案。

Objective： To explore the efficacy and safty of neoadjuvant chemotherapy（NACT） combined with Huazheng Huisheng tablets in the treatment of cervical cancer. Methods： The 80 patients with advanced cervical carcinoma were randomly assigned to treatment and control groups, 40 case in each. Patients were treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with Huazheng Huisheng tablets in treatment groups, and just theneoadjuvant chemotherapy treatment in control group. The patients were seen for follow-up visits for 3years after the treatment, and Short-term efficacy, 3 years overall survival condition（3 years overall survival rate, local recurrence rate and distant metastasis rate）, tumor diameter changes and complications were observed. Results： The clinical effective rate was 57.5% in treatment group, which was better than the control group of 35.0%. The decreased tumor diameter in treatment group was significantly greater than the control group, with statistical difference（P〈0.05）; and the 3 years survival rate was 77.5% in treatment, which was higher than the control group of 52.5%, and there was significant differences（P〈0.05）. There was no statistical difference on complications, local recurrence and distant metastasis rate between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Application of NACT combined with Huazheng Huisheng tablet technology in patients with advanced cervical cancer can effectively improve the efficacy, and prolong the life of patients, without significantly improvement on incidence of adverse reactions; it is a safe and effictive therapeutic method.
