内分泌、经期紊乱与女子体育运动

摘要 随着社会的发展,越来越多的女性参与到大众健身和体育竞技中来,使世界变得更加丰富多彩。为了体现男女平等,2012年伦敦奥运会第一次把女子拳击这项运动设为奥运会项目。然而,由于女性自身的解剖和生理特点,以及现代竞技体育的激烈性和对抗性,对女运动员的身体健康造成很大的威胁。本文试求在女子在运动过程中的内分泌、经期紊乱及其间的关系做一综述,以便为这方面的研究提供参考。
