河北汉族人群谷胱甘肽硫-转移酶Z1的基因多态性研究

摘要 目的探讨河北汉族人群谷胱甘肽硫-转移酶Z1(glutathione S-transferase zeta 1,GSTZ1)基因多态性的分布情况。方法应用聚合酶链式反应-限制性酶切片段长度多态性(polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism,PCR-RFLP)方法,对210例河北汉族正常人进行GSTZ1Lys32Glu基因多态性分析。结果河北汉族人群GSTZ1Lys32Glu基因多态性符合Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡定律,具有代表性。河北汉族人群GSTZ1Lys32Glu基因型频率分布和等位基因频率分布与伊朗人群、澳大利亚人群、德国人群、美国人群差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);伊朗人群GSTZ1Lys32Glu基因型频率分布和等位基因频率分布与澳大利亚人群、德国人群、美国人群差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);澳大利亚人群、德国人群、美国人群GSTZ1Lys32Glu基因型频率分布和等位基因频率分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论河北汉族人群GSTZ1Lys32Glu基因型频率分布和等位基因频率有其独特性。GSTZ1Lys32Glu的基因多态性在地域和人种中的分布明显不同。 Objective To study the glutathione S-transferase zeta 1(GSTZ1)genetic polymorphisms among healthy Han population of Hebei province.Methods Using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)to detect the genotypes of GSTZ1Lys32 Glu in 210 healthy Han population of Hebei province.Results The genotype distribution of the healthy Hebei Han population is consistent with Hardy-Weinberg genetic equilibrium law.The distributions of both genotype frequency and allele frequency of GSTZ1Lys32 Glu in Hebei healthy Han population are significantly different from those in Iranian,Australian,German and American(P〈0.05).The distributions of both genotype frequency and allele frequency of GSTZ1 Lys32 Glu in Iranian are significantly different from those in Australian,German and American(P〈0.05),however,there are no significant difference among Australian,German and American in the distributions of both genotype frequency and allele frequency of GSTZ1Lys32Glu(P〉0.05).Conclusion The distributions of both genotype frequency and allele frequency of GSTZ1 Lys32 Glu in Hebei healthy Han population own its characters.The distributions of GSTZ1Lys32 Glu in regions and races are significantly different.
