p-mTOR、eIF4E、p-4EBP1在侵袭性垂体瘤中的表达及相关性研究

The expression and correlation of p-mTOR,eIF4E and p-4EBP1 in invasive pituitary adenomas

目的观察磷酸化的哺乳动物雷帕霉素蛋白(phosphorylated mammal target of rapamycin,p-mTOR)、真核细胞翻译起始因子4E(eukaryotic initiation factor 4E,eIF4E)和磷酸化的真核细胞翻译起始因子4E结合蛋白(phosphorylated eukaryotic initiation factor 4Ebinding protein 1,p-4EBP1)在侵袭性垂体瘤中的表达并进行相关性分析。方法选择侵袭性垂体瘤患者52例和非侵袭性垂体瘤患者49例,应用免疫组织化学方法检测p-mTOR、eIF4E和p-4EBP1的表达,比较2组p-mTOR、eIF4E和p-4EBP1的表达差异并分析三者在侵袭性垂体瘤中的相关性。结果在侵袭性垂体瘤中p-mTOR、eIF4E和p-4EBP1的表达阳性率分别为73.08%、63.46%和67.31%,高于非侵袭性垂体瘤的48.98%、38.78%及36.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在侵袭性垂体瘤中p-mTOR、eIF4E与p-4EBP1表达呈正相关(r=0.520,P=0.000;r=0.360,P=0.041),eIF4E与p-4EBP1表达亦呈正相关(r=0.320,P=0.019)。结论在侵袭性垂体瘤中p-mTOR、eIF4E和p-4EBP1表达阳性率均高于非侵袭性垂体瘤,且在侵袭性垂体瘤中p-mTOR、eIF4E、p-4EBP1表达分别呈正相关。p-mTOR、eIF4E和p-4EBP1在垂体瘤的侵袭过程中可能发挥着促进其侵袭的作用。

Objective To evaluate the expression and correlation of phosphorylated mammal of rapamycin（p-mTOR）,eukaryotic initiation factor 4E（eIF4E）and phosphorylated eukaryotic initiation factor 4Ebinding protein 1（p-4EBP1）in invasive pituitary adenomas.Methods Fiftytwo patients of invasive pituitary adenomas and forty-nine patients of non-invasive pituitary adenomas were selected in this study.The expressions of p-mTOR,eIF4 Eand p-4EBP1 were respectively detected in invasive pituitary adenomas group and non-invasive pituitary adenomas group by immunohistochemistry method.The differences of p-mTOR,eIF4 E and p-4EBP1 between the two groups were compared,and the correlation of p-mTOR,eIF4 Eand p-4EBP1 in invasive pituitary adenomas was studied.Results The positive rate of the expression of p-mTOR,eIF4 E and p-4EBP1 was respectively higher in invasive pituitary adenomas group（73.08%,63.46%,67.31%）than that in non-invasive pituitary adenomas（48.98%,38.78%,36.73%）.The differences between two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Positive correlation was founded between the expression of p-mTOR,eIF4 E in invasive pituitary adenomas（r=0.520,P=0.000）,and positive correlation was also founded between the expression of p-mTOR and p-4EBP1 in invasive pituitary adenomas（r=0.360,P=0.041）.In addition,positive correlation was founded between eIF4 E and p-4EBP1 in invasive pituitary adenomas（r=0.320,P=0.019）.Conclusion The expression levels of p-mTOR,eIF4 Eand p-4EBP1 of the invasive pituitary adenomas were higher than that of the non-invasive pituitary adenomas.Positive correlation was founded among p-mTOR,eIF4 Eand p-4EBP1 in invasive pituitary adenomas.p-mTOR,eIF4 E and p-4EBP1 in the pituitary adenoma may play an important role in the invasiveness of pituitary adenomas.
