3种氧化锆全瓷冠修复后牙5年临床效果评价

To evaluate the clinical effect of three kinds of zirconia crowns of posterior teeth in five years

目的观察3种材料氧化锆全瓷冠修复后牙5年临床效果。方法将240颗需全冠修复的后牙分为3组各80颗,分别以Cercon氧化锆(Cercon组)、Wieland氧化锆(Wieland组)、爱尔创氧化锆(爱尔创组)全瓷冠修复,经5年临床观察评价效果。结果经临床随访观察5年,3组全瓷冠修复成功率、折裂发生率、轻度牙龈炎发生率、边缘密合度测定情况差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 3种氧化锆均可作为理想的后牙全冠修复材料满足临床要求。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of three kinds of materials of zirconia crowns of posterior teeth in 5years.Methods The 240 required crowns of posterior teeth were divided into three groups：Cercon zirconia group,Wieland zirconia group and Ireland zirconia allceramic crowns group.Each group included 80 teeth.After 5years of clinical observation,clinical effect of different groups was evaluated.Results There were no significant difference among the three groups in repair success rate、fracture incidence rate、the incidence of mild gingivitis、measurement of edge density（P〉0.05）during clinical observation of 5 years.Conclusion Three kinds of zirconia can be used as an ideal tooth crown material,which meet the clinical requirements.
