摘要
以电网实际发生的10~20 k V架空配网线路跳闸故障数据为基础,进行大量统计分析及故障调查,从故障部位分布、故障月度变化、故障诱发原因等角度分析了配网故障的特征及变化规律,认为外力因素、雨雪大风、雷击、运行维护、设备质量和工艺及用户原因是导致配电线路故障频发的主要因素,凸显出目前架空配电线路存在的主要问题,并有针对性地提出了防治对策,为提升配网供电可靠性提供参考。
With the actual trip faults data of 10 k V and 20 k V overhead distribution lines in power grid, this paper makes a lot of statistics and investigation and analyzes the fault characteristics or rules in terms of fault location, time distribution, fault causes and so on. Preliminary analysis suggests that the main causes of trip faults are outer forces, bad weather(snow, rain and strong wind), lightning, operation, quality and user. In this paper the main problems facing distribution lines and its countermeasures are proposed for improving power supply reliability in distribution network.
