摘要
主要对管式竖流湿式电除尘器在江阴苏龙热电有限公司3号、4号机组的应用情况进行了介绍,包括湿式电除尘器前期的实验研究、运行原理、结构特点及运行状况等,通过多家测试单位对湿式电除尘器的性能进行评估和验证,湿式电除除尘器达到预期效果,运行稳定,值得在其他电厂进一步进行推广和应用。
Application of vertical flow tube style wet electrostatic precipitators in the Unit # 3 and # 4 of Jiangyin Sulong Thermal Power Generation Co. Ltd. is introduced in this paper, including the preliminary experimental efforts, operating principles,structural characteristics, and actual operation conditions. The evaluation results from various testing organizations indicated that the electrostatic precipitators can achieve the desired performance and deserve the recommendation for being widely applied.
