钦州市钦南区2010—2014年艾滋病自愿咨询检测结果分析

Analysis of HIV/AIDS voluntary counseling and testing of Qinnan District of Qinzhou from 2010 to 2014

目的了解钦州市钦南区艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）求询者各种特征和检测阳性情况,为今后VCT工作提供决策依据。方法从艾滋病综合防治信息系统导出钦州市钦南区2010—2014年VCT求询者数据,用Excel2007和SPSS19.0进行整理和统计分析。结果 2010—2014年VCT求询者人数逐年上升,共有4 095名求询者接受咨询和血清HIV抗体检测,女性占66.4%,20~39岁占64.1%,已婚占71.7%,初中文化程度占53.0%。HIV抗体阳性总检出率为5.3%,男性的HIV抗体阳性率较高,为11.0%、年龄≥60岁57.9%、离异或丧偶53.4%、文盲19.4%。求询来源中,最高者是转介求询占44.1%,HIV抗体阳性率最高者也是转介求询。主要求询者类型中以无高危行为者最多（64.5%）,其次是商业异性性行为者。以求询者较多的HIV抗体阳性率最高者前三位分别是其他（53.5%）、配偶/固定性伴阳性者（27.6%）和非商业非固定性伴异性性行为者（24.5%）。结论 60岁以上男性、离异或丧偶、低文化程度人群是本地区今后艾滋病健康教育及干预的重点人群;通过开展VCT,可以打破由恐惧、歧视导致的艾滋病流行恶性循环,无论对个人还是对家庭和社会都有积极的意义,应加强和推广。

Objective To understand the characteristics and detection of positive cases of voluntary consultants of HIV/ AIDS voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） in Qinnan District of Qinzhou,and to provide a basis decision for the work of VCT. Methods The data of the consultants from the National AIDS comprehensive information system in Qinnan District during 2010 and 2014 had been download. Excel 2007 and SPSS 19.0 had been used for data compilation and statistic analysis . Results The number of consultants increased from 2010 to 2014.A total of 4 095 people accepted counseling and serum HIV antibody test and 66.4% of them were women;over half of them （64.1%）were 20 to 39 years old;71.7% were married;53.0% graduated from junior high school.The total positive rate of HIV screening testing was 5.3%. The ratio of male （ 11.0 %）was higher than that of female.The ratio of over 60 years old was 71.7%.Divorced or widowed accounted for 53.4% and illiteracy for 19.4%. From the source of consultants, the most were referral ones and both of the HIV antibody positive rate.The major type of consultants were those without high risk behaviors , which accounted for 64.5%. And the second were those of commercial heterosexual sex behavior. The first three rate of HIV positive among the consultants were others who cannot classify （53.5%）, people whose spouses or partners were HIV positives （27.6%）, and persons who had non-commercial and non - fixed partner heterosexuality（24.5%）. Conclusion The focus of AIDS health education and intervention will be men over 60 years old, who divorced or widowed and have low cultural degree in Qinnan District. Because of VCT, we can break the AIDS epidemic vicious circle which due to fear and discriminate.It is a positive significance for personal, family and society, and should be strengthened and spread.
