Characterization of NK Cell Phenotype and Function Changes in HIV-1 Infected Populations

艾滋病病毒(HIV)作为艾滋病(AIDS)的病原体可损害人体免疫系统,使机体免疫功能部分或完全丧失,继而发生机会性感染、恶性肿瘤等严重并发症。HIV是当今世界最为严重的公共卫生问题之一。自然杀伤细胞(NK)是机体固有免疫系统中一种重要的细胞毒效应细胞,在机体抗感染和抗肿瘤免疫中发挥着重要作用;该细胞还具有良好的抗病毒及诱导、调节机体适应性免疫的作用。文章就NK细胞的表型及功能对HIV疾病的影响进行综述。

Human immunodeficiency virus（HIV）as the pathogen of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome（AIDS）,can damage the human immune system,and make the partial or total loss of the human immune function,resulting in opportunistic infections,and malignancies such as serious complications.HIV is one of the most serious public health problem in the world today.Natural Killer cells（NK cells）are important cytotoxic effector cells in the body＇s innate immune system,and play an important role for anti-infectious and anti-tumor in body＇s immunity.The cells have also a good function for anti-viral,inducting and regulating the body＇s adaptive immunity.This paper summarized how the NK cells＇ phenotype and its functions produce an effect on HIV diseases.
