探讨《四圣心源》的学术思想对临床辨治耳聋的指导意义。《四圣心源》以"耳窍虚则清彻而灵通"立论,认为耳聋的病机是浊阴堵塞孔窍,其发病之本是"水寒土湿",发病之机"脾陷胃逆",发病之标是"浊阴上逆"。

This article discusses the academic thoughts of the ancient book Four Memorial Source of Mind,which is instructive in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of deafness. The book Four Memorial Source of Mind presents its argument just as＂if the ear orifices were empty,then they would be clear and sensitive＂,and also considers that the pathogenesis of deafness is that turbid Yin obstructs the ear. The origin of the illness is from kidney-Yang deficiency and spleen-dampness; the nosogeny of deafness is related to spleen collapse and stomach descent and it is manifested by fire adversity.
