温胆汤合四逆散治疗肝郁脾虚型疲劳综合征的临床研究

Fatigue Syndrome with Liver-depression and Spleen-deficiency Type Treated by Wendan Decoction Combined with Sini powder

目的:探究温胆汤合四逆散治疗肝郁脾虚型疲劳综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的肝郁脾虚型疲劳综合征患者70例,采用随机数字表随机分为两组,每组35例,其中对照组给予口服盐酸氟西汀胶囊等西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上应用温胆汤合四逆散治疗。两组均以2周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。治疗结束后检测临床有效率,对比治疗前后患者临床症候积分改善情况。结果:治疗后两组患者各临床症状有所善,治疗组患者治疗后总有效率为91.43%,对照组患者治疗后总有效率为74.29%,治疗组有效率明显优于对照组,两组结果有显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者中医临床症候积分情况比较显示,两组患者中医临床症候积分均有所下降,且治疗组较对照组下降更为明显,两组结果有显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温胆汤合四逆散能够增加人体机能,提高临床有效率,明显改善因机体疲劳引发的各种症状,有效治疗肝郁脾虚型疲劳综合征,值得临床推广。

Objective： To explore the clinically curative effect on fatigue syndrome with liver-depression and spleen-deficiency type treated by Wendan decoction combined with Sini powder. Methods： The hospital treated 70 patients with liver-depression and spleen-deficiency syndrome by using random number tables and they were randomly divided into two groups,each group with 35 cases. The control group was treated by western medicine treatment such as orally taking capsules of Fluoxetine Hydrochloride,and the experimental group was treated on the basis of the therapy in the control group and additionally treated by Wendan decoction combined with Sini powder. Both groups received a two-week course of treatment,and the treatment had two courses. Test the clinical effectiveness at the end of treatment,and compare the results before and after treatment among patients according to the clinical symptom score improvement. Results： After treatment,in two groups clinical symptoms were improved among patients after treatment. The total effective rate was 91. 43% in the experimental group,and the total effective rate in the control group was 74. 29%. The effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）; after treatment clinical symptom scores were decreased in both groups and it decreased more obviously in the experimental group,with a satistically significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Wendan decoction with Sini powder can increase the body＇s function,and improve clinical efficiency and significantly improve the fatigue symptoms effectively with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type,which is worthy of promotion.
