摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱仪(GC-MS)对皮革中散发出的气味中低分子醛酮类物质进行鉴别。样品气味中的醛酮类物质经过气相萃取、2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)衍生化处理后,进行GC-MS测定。根据各种衍生物的特征质谱离子以及与标准品质谱图对比,鉴别出了7种低分子醛酮类物质,分别为甲醛、乙醛、丙醛、丙酮、丁醛、戊醛和己醛。结果表明,甲醛、乙醛和丙醛是皮革气味中低分子醛酮类物质的主要成分。
The low molecular carbonyl compounds contained in leather odor were analyzed with gas chromatograph - mass spectrometry( GC -MS). The carbonyl compounds contained in sample odor were extracted by gas extraction, derived by 2,4 -di- nitrophenylhydrazine ( DNPH), and identified using GC - MS. The analysis was performed by comparison with the standard mass spectrum and seven targets were confirmed, which are formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, propaldehyde, acetone, butylaldehyde, valeralde- hyde and hexaldehyde. The statistical results reveals that the main carbonyl compounds of low molecule released from leather are formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and propaldehyde.
