摘要
研究了经甲醛鞣制的皮革在不同条件下存放时,革内甲醛含量的变化规律。结果表明:存放时间、存放温度、环境相对湿度、空气流通状况对革内甲醛含量均有影响,革坯的pH值对革内甲醛含量无明显影响。环境条件对革内甲醛含量的影响,主要源于其对革坯内未牢固结合甲醛的水解反应的影响,及对游离甲醛挥发释放的影响。合理地控制存放条件,如延长存放时间(〉20d)、提高存放温度(30~40%)、提高存放环境的相对湿度(〉75%)以及在空气流通环境下存放,可以显著降低革坯的甲醛含量。
The change rule of formaldehyde content in leathers with different storage conditions was investigated. The results indicate that the formaldehyde content of leather was affected by storage duration, environmental temperature and relative humidity, as well as air circulation condition,while the content was seldom influenced by pH of leather. The effect of storage conditions on the formaldehyde content in leather was mainly based on their influence on hydrolysis rate of unsteadily combined formaldehyde, as well as volatilization rate of formaldehyde from leather. The formaldehyde content in leather can be effectively reduced under suit- able storage conditions, such as proper storage time( 〉 20d) ,relatively higher environmental temperature( 30 -- 40℃ )and relative humidity( 〉 75% ) ,and storage with well air circulation.
