环保无铬鞣剂F-90与铬结合鞣制的研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用新型环保无铬鞣剂F-90对绵羊软化裸皮进行预鞣,并对预鞣的坯革进行无盐浸酸试验,使浴液的pH值降至2.5~3.0,然后加入铬鞣剂进行结合鞣制,并与铬鞣制进行对比。结果表明:当F-90用量≥4%时,预鞣的坯革不发生膨胀;在F-90用量为4%时,结合鞣制坯革的收缩温度随着铬鞣剂用量的增加逐步提高;与铬鞣制相比,当铬鞣剂用量相同时,结合鞣制坯革的收缩温度提高,鞣制废液、水洗废液和中和废液中Cr2O3含量均降低,纤维分散程度增大,粒面细致程度和物理力学性能提高。这种基于F-90预鞣的无盐浸酸铬鞣制技术思路是一种清洁化的少铬鞣制方法,不仅实现了无盐浸酸鞣制、降低了废液中铬含量,而且可以获得综合性能良好的蓝湿革,该工艺方法具有很好的应用前景。 Bating sheepskins pretanned by F - 90 and pickled without salt to pH 2:5 -- 3.0, then tanned combined with chrome tanning agent. The combination tanning leather was compared with the common chrome tanning leather. The result shows that the pretanned crusts are not swellingwhen the dosage of F -90 is 4% or more. The shrinkage temperatures(Ts) of the com- bination tanning leather tanned with 4% F - 90, gradually increase with the increase of chrome agent dosage. Compared with the common chrome tanning, when the equal dosage of chrome agent is used, the combination tanning leather has higher hydrothermal stability, lower chrome content in the tanning waste liquor, water washing waste liquor and neutralizing waste liquor, larger fiber dispersion degree, finer grain and good physical and mechanical properties. The combination tanning technology of non - salt pickling chrome agent based on F - 90 pretanning is a kind of cleaner production and chrome - less tanning method, which not on- ly can realize tanning with non - salt pickling and reduce chrome content in waste liquor, but also achieve wet - blue leather with good comprehensive properties. So the combination tannage shows bright prospects.
