PU革烫钻技术的研发

摘要 在走访大量企业和反复试验的基础上,研究一套新技术,可使钻类完美固定于光滑PU革上,包括激光雕刻机预先雕刻皮料烫钻位置、烫图反面加贴绒面易烫钻材料和款式设计采用分割造型这3种方案,主要解决目前烫钻技术中钻类容易脱落和皮革容易发黄的难题。另外采用2套烫图,先烫小钻再烫大钻的方法,解决了大钻和小钻同时排列,小钻比较容易脱落的问题。所研发的技术方案,不仅为企业解决了技术难题,还提升了温州鞋类产品的附加值和市场竞争力。 Based on visiting a large number of enterprises and repeated experiments, a set of new technologies about hot drilling were obtained which could fixed the drill on the smooth PU leather perfectly. To solve the problems of the hot drilling technologies in drilling easy peeling and leather yellow, we took the following measures:the position of hot drilling was engraved in advance by laser engraving machine, and the suede hot drilling materials were attached on the opposite of the hot map position of PU leath- er. Also the style design adopted three kinds of schemes of segmentation model. The two sets of hot maps were adopted and the small drills and big drills could arrange simultaneously and the small drills were not easy to fall off, in which the small hot drilling first and then the big drilling. The technical solutions not only solve the technical problems but also improve Wenzhou footwear product value and market competitiveness.
