自制鼻炎口罩治疗变应性鼻炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Allergic Rhinitis Treated with Self- made Mask for Rhinitis

目的:观察自制鼻炎口罩治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法:将150例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为自制鼻炎口罩治疗组(观察组)、口服中药汤剂组(对照组I)、西药组(对照组Ⅱ),每组50例。3组患者在治疗前和治疗4 W后均进行Ig E、IL-4检测,用SF-36量表对患者生活质量进行评估,同时进行疗效评价。结果:3组患者治疗后Ig E、IL-4水平明显降低,治疗前后比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后生活质量评分比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组总有效率分别是81.25%、78.72%、83.67%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自制鼻炎口罩能提高患者生活质量,降低变应性鼻炎患者血清中Ig E、IL-4水平,有效治疗变应性鼻炎。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Self- made Mask for rhinitis on allergic rhinitis and explore the mechanism of action. Methods： Patients（ 150 cases） were randomly divided into self- made mask（ observation group）,Chinese medicine group（ control group I）,western medicine group（ control group Ⅱ）,50 cases in each group. Ig E and IL- 4 levels were determined before and after treatment for 4 weeks,the quality of them were evaluated by SF- 36 scale sore. Results： Ig E and IL- 4 levels were decreased in the 3 groups after treatment,and there was statistically difference before and after treatment（ P 0. 05）. The quality of life was statistically significant difference before and after treatment（ P 0. 05）. The total efficiency of 3 groups were respectively 81. 25%,78. 72%,83. 67% and there was no statistically significant difference among the three groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Self- made Mask can improve the quality of life of patients with allergic rhinitis and decrease serum Ig E and IL- 4 levels,which is effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
