桂枝茯苓胶囊对异位妊娠患者CA125TNF-α和IL-8水平的影响

Impact of Guizhi Fuling Capsule( 桂枝茯苓胶囊) on CA125,TNF- α and IL- 8Levels in Patients with Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:观察桂枝茯苓胶囊联合西药治疗异位妊娠的疗效及其对糖类抗原(CA)125、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α和白介素(IL)-8水平的影响。方法:选择异位妊娠患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例,对照组予以米非司酮和甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予以桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,观察两组治疗后的疗效、阴道流血时间、腹痛消失时间、盆腔包块消失时间、血HCG正常时间,月经恢复时间和住院时间,及治疗前后的CA125、TNF-α和IL-8水平的变化。结果:观察组的总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的75.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的阴道流血时间、腹痛消失时间、盆腔包块消失时间、血HCG正常时间、月经恢复时间和住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05或<0.01)。两组治疗前CA125、TNF-α和IL-8水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后其水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),观察组降低更为明显(P<0.01)。结论:桂枝茯苓胶囊联合西药治疗异位妊娠的疗效确切,具有缩短临床症状持续时间、住院时间短等优点,可能与减少机体炎症因子的释放有关。

Objective： To observe the effests of Guizhi Fuling Capsule combined with western medicine in patients with ectopic pregnancy,and their impact on the levels of carbohydrate antigen（ CA） 125,tumor necrosis factor（ TNF）- α and interleukin（ IL）- 8. Methods： 90 patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 45 cases,the control group received treatment of mifepristone and methotrexate,the observation group were performed with Guizhi Fuling Capsule on the basis of control group. The efficacy,vaginal bleeding time,abdominal pain time,pelvic mass disappearance time,normal time of HCG,recovery time of menstruation time and hospital stay were observed after treatment,and CA125,TNF- α and IL- 8 levels were detected before and after treatment in each group. Results： The total effective rate was 93. 33% in observation group,significantly higher than 75. 56% in control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. The vaginal bleeding time,abdominal pain time,pelvic mass disappearance time,HCG recovered to normal time,recovery time of menstruation and hospital stay were significantly shorter than those in control group（ P 0. 05 or 0. 01）. Before treatment,the levels of CA125,TNF- α and IL- 8 were not statistically significant differences between the two groups（ P 0. 05）,after treatment their levels in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（ P 0. 01）,while the effects were more obvious in observation group（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion： The efficacy of Guizhi Fuling Capsule combined with western medicine in patients with ectopic pregnancy is obvious,which shortened the duration of clinical symptoms,and hospital stay,and so on,it may be associated with reduced inflammatory cytokine release.
