摘要
目的:观察三七活血片对急性软组织损伤的治疗作用。方法:建立大鼠急性软组织损伤模型;于给药第3、5 d,观察三七活血片对损伤程度指数的影响;取大鼠损伤组织测定其前列腺素(PGE2)及白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)含量。给药第5 d时,乙醚麻醉大鼠,腹主动脉取血,观察三七活血片对大鼠全血黏度、血浆黏度的影响。结果:三七活血片可明显降低大鼠损伤组织中PGE2与IL-1β含量;可明显降低血液黏度和血浆黏度。结论:三七活血片具有明显的抗炎作用,对大鼠急性软组织损伤有较好的治疗和修复作用,其作用机制与抑制受伤局部组织细胞释放PGE2、IL-1β,改善局部血液流变性有关。
Objective： To explore the effect of Sanqi Huo Xue Tablet on acute soft tissue injury. Methods：Models of acute soft tissue injury were prepared to observe the influence of Sanqi Huoxue Tablet on PGE2,IL-1β and hemorrheology. Results： The levels of PGE2 and IL- 1β,the blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were improved significantly to compare with model control. Conclusions： Sanqi Huoxue Tablet has a certain therapeutic effect on acute soft tissue injury in rats,improving PGE2,IL- 1β levels and blood hemorheology were related to the methanism.
