冠心宁注射液对股骨头缺血性坏死兔骨组织VEGF表达影响的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨冠心宁注射液股骨头内灌注对股骨头坏死兔骨组织VEGF表达的影响。方法:90只新西兰大白兔随机均分为正常对照组、模型组、冠心宁组;采用液氮冷冻法制备股骨头坏死模型,造模成功后,各组于给药后1、3、6、9、12周分别处死兔,取股骨头免疫组化法测定VEGF含量。结果:1周时与正常组相比,模型组及冠心宁组VEGF值均显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),与模型组比较,差异无显著性;3周时:与正常组相比,冠心宁组及冠心宁组VEGF达值均显著升高(P<0.01)与模型组无显著差异;6周时与正常组相比,冠心宁组VEGF值显著升高(P<0.01),冠心宁组与模型组相比无显著性差异,但表达值升高,9周时与正常组、模型组相比,冠心宁组VEGF值均显著升高(P<0.01),正常组、模型组相比无显著差异,12周时与正常组、模型组相比,冠心宁组VEGF值显著升高(P<0.01),正常组、模型组相比无显著差异。结论:冠心宁注射液股骨头内灌注可显著提高VEGF的表达,并且可持续达12周,促进血管生成,有效促进股骨头坏死的修复。 Objective: To explore the effect of Guanxinning Injction on VEGF expression in femoral head necrosis. Methods: 90 rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,experimental group,after the success of the model building,each group was given medicine for 1,3,6,9 and 12 weeks,rabbits were respectively executed,VEGF expression on femoral head was determined by immunohistochemical method. Results: 1 week,compared with normal group,VEGF levels were significantly increased in model and experimental group( P 0. 05,P 0. 01),no significant difference compared with model group; 3 weeks,compared with normal group,VEGF was significantly increased in model group and experimental group( P 0. 01),no significant difference between model group and experimental group. 6 weeks,compared with normal group,VEGF expression of experimental group was significantly increased( P 0. 01),compared with model group,there was no significant difference. 9 weeks,compared with normal group and model group,VEGF of experimental group was significantly increased( P 0. 01),compared normal group with model group,no significant difference. 12 weeks,compared with normal group and model group,VEGF level were significantly increased in experimental group( P 0. 01). Conclusion: Guanxining injection femoral perfusion can significantly increase the expression of VEGF,last for 12 weeks,promote angiogenesis,effectively promote the restoration of femoral head necrosis.
