The diagnostic value of CAM5.2, Mesothelial, Ki-67 in serous cavity effusion

摘要 目的探讨CAM5-2、Mesothelial和Ki-67免疫细胞化学标志对浆膜腔积液中转移性腺癌细胞与反应性增生间皮细胞的鉴别诊断价值。方法选用浆膜腔积液标本72例。每例均制备细胞石蜡切片行免疫细胞化学染色,观察CAM5-2、Mesothelial和Ki-67在转移性腺癌细胞和反应性增生的间皮细胞中的表达。结果CAM5-2、Mesothelial和Ki-67在转移性腺癌细胞中阳性表达率分别为92.5%(37/40)、7.1%(2/28)、85.0%(34/40),在反应性增生的间皮细胞中阳性表达率分别为7.5%(3/40)、89.3%(25/28)、10.7%(3/28),三种标志物在转移性腺癌细胞与反应性增生的间皮细胞中阳性表达率差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论CAM5-2、Mesothelial和硒.67检测对浆膜腔积液中转移性腺癌细胞与反应性增生间皮细胞的鉴别诊断有意义。
