摘要
为了探讨云南黑山羊的早期生长发育规律,测定了其初生重以及3月龄、6月龄和12月龄的体重、体尺,并采用Logistic和Gompertz模型拟合了云南黑山羊早期生长发育过程。结果表明:云南黑山羊体重、体尺的累积生长随着月龄逐渐增加,各月龄公羊体重、体尺均极显著高于母羊(P<0.01),同时,公、母羊在3月龄达到绝对生长高峰,且生长强度最大,后期生长强度明显不如前期,相对生长曲线大致呈下降趋势。2种非线性模型拟合的效果都很好(r^2>0.95),但以Gompertz模型更优,通过Gompertz模型计算云南黑山羊拐点月龄和拐点体重,公羊拐点月龄和拐点体重分别为3.7月龄和23.87 kg,Gompertz模型方程为W_t=64.89 e-2.39 e(-0.24 t);母羊拐点月龄和拐点体重分别为2.3月龄和14.00 kg,Gompertz模型方程为Wt=38.05 e^(-2.25)e(-0.35 t)。
In order to explore growth and development patterns of Yunnan black goats,the birth weight,body weight and body size at3- month old,6- month old and 12- month old were measured. Meanwhile,Logistic and Gompertz models were used to fit the early growth and development of Yunnan black goats. The results showed that the body weight and size gradually increased along with age,all the experimental indexes of ram were significantly higher than those of ewes(P〈0.01);both the rams and ewes reached their absolute growth peak at the age of 3—month old,the growth intensity at later stage was significantly inferior to that of early stage and the relative growth curve displayed downward trend; two nonlinear models fitted the body weight very well(r^2〉0.95),and Gompertz model was better than Logistic model. The inflection points of growth age and body weight estimated with Gompertz model were at 3.7 month and23.87 kg for ram,Gompertz model equation was Wt=64.89 e-2.39 e^(-0.24 t),and 2.3 month and 14.00 kgfor ewe,Gompertz modele quation was Wt=38.05 e-(-2.25) e^(-0.35 t).
