2型糖尿病患者蛋白尿与振动感觉阈值关系的研究 被引量:5

Relationship between albuminuria and vibration perception threshold in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的探讨T2DM患者微量尿白蛋白(U-mAlb)、尿白蛋白/尿肌酐(UACR)与振动感觉阈值(VPT)及其影响因素的相关性。方法选取T2DM患者540例,根据UACR分为正常尿白蛋白(NAU)组、微量尿白蛋白(MAU)组和大量尿白蛋白(OAU)组。测定各组VPT、HbA1c等指标。结果MAU组和OAU组糖尿病病程、UACR、HbA1c和VPT高于NAU组(P=0.000、0.008、0.000)。UACR与VPT、糖尿病病程、HbA1c呈正相关(P=0.002、0.003、0.004)。多元逐步回归分析显示,糖尿病病程和HbA1c是UACR的独立危险因素(P=0.015、0.011)。结论糖尿病病程是UACR的独立危险因素,随蛋白尿程度加重,VPT异常的发生率增加。 Objective To investigate the relationship between urinary albumin creatinine ratio(UACR)and vibration perception threshold(VPT)in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods VPT,UACR,glycolated hemoglobin(HbA1c)were tested in 540 T2 DM cases.They were assigned to normal albuminuria group(NAU),micro-albuminuria group(MAU)and overt-albuminuria group(OAU)according to the value of UACR. Results Compared with NAU group,the duration of diabetes,UACR、HbA1c and VPT were significantly higher in MAU group and OAU group(P=0.000,0.008,0.000).VPT,diabetes duration and HbA1 c were positively correlated with UACR(P=0.002,0.003,0.004).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that diabetes duration and HbA1 c were independent risk factors of UACR(P=0.015,0.011). Conclusion Diabetic duration is an independent risk factor of UACR.With the degree of proteinuria increased,the abnormality of VPT get worse.
