摘要 患者男，60岁，右利手。主因“反复发作性右侧肢体无力伴言语不清3个月，加重1周”入院。患者3个月前无明显诱因突然反复发作右侧肢体无力伴言语不清，每周发作1次，每次持续1-3min.
