摘要 患者男,60岁,右利手。主因“反复发作性右侧肢体无力伴言语不清3个月,加重1周”入院。患者3个月前无明显诱因突然反复发作右侧肢体无力伴言语不清,每周发作1次,每次持续1-3min.
