摘要
本文研究了硫酸黏菌素溶液在不同p H、温度、搅拌速度下的稳定性。结果表明硫酸黏菌素对p H的变化较为敏感,在p H6时较为稳定,在强碱环境下,p H越高,处理时间越长硫酸黏菌素的稳定性越差。升高温度和搅拌速度的变化不会破坏其结构。
The effects of pH, temperature, and stirring speed, on the stability of colistin sulfate were studied. The results showed that colistin sulfate was sensitive to pH. It was more stable when pH value was 6. The stability of colistin sulfate was worse when the pH was higher and the treatment time was longer. The elevated temperature and stirring speed did not destroy the structure of the colistin sulfate.
