2015年是当代国际关系发展演变进程中极为特殊的一年,适值二战结束与联合国成立70周年,加之金融危机与中东剧变两者的"后遗症"叠加发酵,致使全球及地区秩序重塑深刻复杂,秩序主导权之争更为激烈。新兴与老牌大国力量消长有所反复,国际组织与规则变革加快,热点地区激荡多变,全球治理博弈加剧。
The year of 2015 is a very special year in the course of the development of contemporary international relation. It is the 70 th anniversary of the end of WWII and the foundation of the UN,combined with the continuing ferment of the 'after-effects'of the financial crisis and Middle East upheaval. All these made the global and regional order reshaping more complicated and the struggle for dominant position in the international order more intense. The balance of power between the emerging powers and traditional big powers is undergoing new changes.The transformation of international organizations and rules is accelerating,the hotpot areas vibrate drastically,and the competition for global governance is rising.
