Design and Innovation of Underground Ventilation Rooms in Super-Long Highway Tunnels

摘要 地下风机房跨度大、断面多、结构复杂、工程造价高,设计中存在技术难点大、要求高的问题。文章基于设计实践经验,通过调查、归纳、分析及总结,阐述了不同风机房方案、地下风机洞室布置方案、左右洞地下风机房建设方案、送风道与隧道相交方案以及联络风道上跨隧道方案的优缺点及适用范围;针对《公路隧道通风设计细则》推荐的送风道与隧道相交两种方式的缺点,提出了送风道与隧道斜交的创新方案;并对特长公路隧道地下风机房的设计创新和发展方向进行了展望。 Underground ventilation rooms are characterized by long spans, multiple sections, complicated struc- tures and high costs. This paper presents, by means of survey, induction, analysis and summary, the advantages and disadvantages of different ventilation room options, layouts of underground ventilation rooms, construction schemes of underground ventilation rooms in left and right tunnels, the intersection of air supply shafts and tunnels, cross- passage over-crossing tunnels and the scope of application. The innovative solution of an air supply shaft that obliquely crosses the tunnel is put forward against the disadvantages of two modes of air supply shafts given in Guidelines for Design of Ventilation in Highway Tunnels. Finally, the design innovations and development trends of underground ventilation rooms in super-long highway tunnels are discussed.
