高寒地区某公路隧道渗水结冰原因分析及处治

Cause Analysis and Treatment of Water Seepage and Freezing in a Highway Tunnel in a High-Altitude Frigid Area

山西得胜口—大同高速公路亮马台隧道位于高寒地区,存在春融期渗漏水结冰情况,影响隧道运营安全。文章通过分析渗水原因,针对隧道衬砌渗水、隧道衬砌裂缝、车行横通道底部渗水三种病害,采取了针对性的处治措施,具体包括:在地表铺设防渗水层和排水沟;针对洞内衬砌渗水采用U型槽导水结合嵌入隔热材料法;裂缝修补采用凿槽充填和压力注浆的方法;针对底部渗水采用在隧道底部设置盲沟的方法。该综合处治方法具有有效、经济、安全、施工简单快捷的特点,处治后隧道渗水等病害问题得到解决。

Considering that water seepage and freezing during the spring thawing period greatly affect the safe oper- ation of the Liangmatai tunnel on the Deshengkou-Datong highway located in a high-altitude frigid area, and based on a cause analysis of this water seepage, relevant treatment measures are proposed with respect to the lining seep- age, lining cracking and water seepage from the bottom of the cross passage. These measures include installing a wa- terproof layer and drainage ditch on the ground, constructing a U-shaped gutter and inserting thermal insulation ma- terial for lining seepage, chiseling the gouge and pressurized grouting for lining cracks, and installing a blind ditch on the bottom of the tunnel.
