抗Yo抗体阳性的副肿瘤性小脑变性1例分析 被引量：2

摘要 副肿瘤神经综合征（paraneoplastic neurological syndrome,PNS）是一组由肿瘤的远隔效应引起的神经系统损害,通常由抗神经元自身抗体介导。副肿瘤性小脑变性（paraneoplastic cerebellar degeneration,PCD）是以亚急性小脑性共济失调即亚急性小脑变性为主要表现的副肿瘤神经综合征[1,2]。
