摘要
通过配置600MPa级钢筋部分预应力混凝土梁受弯试验,分析了试验梁的变形性能及其影响因素,探讨了不同阶段试验梁的短期刚度和挠度的计算。试验结果表明:配置600MPa级钢筋部分预应力混凝土梁变形性能良好,尤其在高强钢筋屈服后,构件仍具有较好的变形能力。同时,本文建议构件开裂前后的短期刚度宜分别按照现行《公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》和《混凝土结构设计规范》的规定计算,挠度计算值与实测值吻合较好。
According to flexural experiment of partially prestressed concrete beams with 600 MPa steel bars,the flexural behavior and its influencing factors are analyzed. The calculation of short-term stiffness and deflection of beams in the different stages are discussed. Experimental results indicate that the partially prestressed concrete beams with 600 MPa steel bars behave well,and the beams have good deformation capacity after steel bars yielding.It is better to calculate short-term stiffness according to current Code for Design of Concrete Structures before cracking,while according to current Code for Design of Highway Reinforced Concrete and Prestressed Concrete Bridges and Culverts after cracking,and the calculated values of deflection coincide well with the measured values.
