摘要
目的比较妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)妊娠和正常妊娠孕妇血浆中Chemerin水平,探讨GDM血浆Chemerin因子的表达水平与新生儿体重的相关性。方法选取2013年7月-2014年7月河北医科大学第四医院定期产检并住院分娩的GDM孕妇50例(GDM组)和正常孕妇50例(正常组),采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测孕24~28周、终止妊娠前母体血中和脐血中的Chemerin因子的表达水平并进行组问比较。结果①在孕24~28刷,GDM组和正常组('henlerin凶子表达水平尤统计学差异(f=1.161,P=0.123);在终止妊娠前和脐血中,GDM组Chemerin因子的表达水平均高于正常妊娠组,差异具有统计学意义(t=6.585、7.382,P=0.002)。②GDM组的新生儿出生体重明显高于正常组,差异具有统计学意义(t=7.108,P=0.000),而身长无统计学差异(t=0.904,P=0.150)。③相关性分析显示:分娩前母体血浆中Chemefin水平与新生儿出生体重成正相关性,与新生儿身长无明显相关性。结论GDM孕妇终止妊娠前血浆cllemerin因子表达水平高于正常孕妇,母体血中Chemerin因子水平与新生儿出生体重成正相关性,当Chemerin水平超过0.7mg/L时警惕巨大儿的形成.
Objective: To compare plasma Chemerin expression levels in gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) women and normal preg- nant women, explore the correlation between plasma Chemerin expression level and neonatal weight. Methods: Fifty GDM women (GDM group) and 50 normal pregnant women ( control group) receiving regular prenatal examination and giving birth to their babies in the hospital from July 2013 to July 2014 were collected. ELISA was used to detect the expression levels of Chemerin in maternal blood during 24-28 ges- tational weeks, maternal blood before termination of pregnancy,, and umbilical cord blood, then the results were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in the expression level of Chemerin between GDM group and control group during 24-28 gestational weeks ( t= 1. 161, P=0. 123 ) ; the expressiml levels of Chemerin in maternal blood before termination of pregnancy and umbilical cord blood in GDM group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group (t = 6. 585, P = 0. 002; t = 7. 382, P=0. 002) . Neonatal birth weight in GDM group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group (t = 7. 108, P= 0. 000), but there was no statistically significant difference in neonatal height between the two groups (t = 0. 904, P = 0. 150 ) . Correlation analysis revealed that maternal plasma Chemerin level before delivm~~ was positively correlated with neonatal birth weight, but it was not correlated with neonatal height. Conclusion: The expression level of plasma Chemerin before delivery in GDM women was higher than that in normal pregnant women, maternal plasma Chemerin level before delivery was positively correlated with neonatal birth weight. The tormation of mac- rosomia should be alerted when Chemerin is higher than 0. 7 mg/L.
