预防性使用肺表面活性物质治疗早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征的疗效 被引量:20

摘要 目的观察肺表面活性物质(PS)在预防早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征的疗效。方法研究新生儿科32例使用肺表面活性物质早产儿为观察组,32例未使用肺表面活性物质的早产儿设为对照组。观察:1两组最终出现早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征的情况。2两组需用鼻塞CPAP(持续气道正压通气)治疗及呼吸机治疗参数、肺氧合功能的比较。结果 1观察组减少了出现早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征的病例。2观察组在使用鼻塞CPAP(持续气道正压通气)及呼吸机治疗参数PIP、MAP和FiO_2、上机时间均明显低于对照组,观察组PaO_2/FiO_2氧合功能较对照组明显改善。结论预防性使用PS能减少早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征的发生,改善早产儿的氧合功能,降低呼吸机参数,缩短用氧时间、机械通气时间。
