地中海贫血基因检测方法的研究进展 被引量:19

摘要 地中海贫血(简称地贫)在东南亚、地中海等地区高发[1],也是目前世界上发病率最高的遗传性溶血性贫血,是血红蛋白病中危害最严重的一种[2]。其中以α-地贫,β-地贫最为常见,在我国地贫高发于长江以南广西、广东、海南、云南、贵州、四川等地区,其中仪一地贫基因携带者检出率为2%-18%,β-地贫为1%-7%[3-6]。
