摘要 近年来,季节性水电问题困扰着部分水电比重较大的省份。如果找不到消纳市场,季节性水电电能将被迫以弃水的形式浪费掉,严重影响水电站经济利益的同时也将造成能源资源的巨大浪费。总结了季节性水电的特点和成因,分析了几种可能的季节性水电消纳途径,提出了一种以最大化利用季节性水电及送受端联合系统火电发电量最省为优化目标的季节性水电外送消纳模型,并通过算例验证了模型和优化算法的有效性。 Recently, seasonal hydropower has perplexed the provinces with large scale of hydropower generation. Seasonal hydropower has to be discarded if there is no consumption market, which will cause enormous economic losses and waste the clean resources. This paper investigates the characteristics and genesis of seasonal hydropower and discusses several possible consumption ways. An optimal model is established by using the heuristic algorithm with aims to maximize the utilization of seasonal hydroelectric power and minimize the thermal power generation. A case study is made to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.
