摘要 为了实现光纤光栅传感的实时监测以及高速数据采集和准确分析,提出了一种基于改进型UDP和数据封装协议CIGI的光纤光栅解调系统方案。该系统网络传输层采用改进型UDP协议,通过单次传输N个数据包的改进型ACK应答机制,利用16位AD对256像素线阵光电阵列扫描的FBG反射谱光强数据进行采集,根据CIGI通用图像接口数据封装协议对光谱数据进行打包,通过千兆以太网接口实现解调仪与上位机的原始帧数据的通信,提高了传感数据的传输速率和可靠性。在LabVIEW环境中设计的交互界面上实现FBG反射谱的监控和传感数据的解调结果显示。通过准分布式多点FBG传感的实验数据采集测试及网络通信抓包数据结果表明,该传感监测系统能够有效利用以太网通信实现FBG光谱信息的实时传输,采样率可达到16 kHz,能够满足光纤光栅传感实时数据的高速采集和处理要求。 A real-time data acquisition and analysis FBG sensing system based on improved UDP and CIGI Data encapsulation protocol is introduced, which uses the fiber Bragg grating sensor network for monitoring to meet the quick and exact requirements. The network transport layer adopts UDP agreement. The modified ACK response mechanism is achieved by N data packets of a single transmission. Based on 16 bits AD and the linear array photoelectric scanning demodulation light path system, FBG reflective spectrum data are collected. According to CIGI common image data interfaces encapsulation protocol, the spectral data is packaged The system is designed with the protocol to realize the gigabit Ethernet data transmission between the demodulation device and the PC, which greatly improves the data transmission rate and reliability. The user interface is designed with LabVIEW to monitor FBG reflectance spectrum and sensor data demodulation results. Applying the system on the quasi-distributed fiber grating sensors for analysis, the experimental research and capturing data package result showed that the sensing system can realize the real-time data transmission based on the gigabit Ethernet, and the sample rate can be up to 16 kHz. The system can meet the need of the real-time and quick data acquisition for the FBG sensor.
