摘要 为有效预防设备载流故障,提高设备稳定运行能力和延长使用寿命,在分析电力设备载流故障产生原因的基础上,提出了一种基于等效电阻分析的载流故障早期预警方法。首先根据传热学原理建立触头温度、电阻和负载之间的关系模型,并利用该模型计算出触头的等效电阻;然后根据触头间的负载关系,给出一种基于等效电阻比值分析的故障特征提取方法;基于实际运行数据的测试结果表明,该方法能够对故障触头的运行状况做出定量分析,实现对多种形式的载流故障的早期预警。 In order to effectively prevent current carrying fault, enhance equipment operation stability and prolong equipment service life time, on the basis of analyzing the cause of current-carrying fault of electric equipment, this paper proposes a current-carrying fault early warning approach based on equivalent resistance analysis. Firstly, a relationship model between the resistance, load and temperature is established based on the heat transfer theory. Then, the model is used to calculate the eontaetor equivalent resistance. After that, a kind of fault feature extraction method is proposed according to the load relationship among different eontactors based on the equivalent resistance ratio analysis. The proposed method was verified with the actual operation data of a certain power station, and the result shows that the method can provide quantitative analysis of the operation status for the fault contactors and achieve the early warning of various forms of current-carrying faults effectively.
