裸花紫珠片在皮肤科中应用研究进展

裸花紫珠(Callicarpa nudiflora Hook.et Arn.)是海南大宗地道药材之一,在中国广东、广西、海南以及东南亚的印度、越南、新加坡等地均有分布。由于其具有较高的药用价值,广泛应用于皮肤科、妇科、五官科、外科、眼科等,其主要适应症为止血、消炎、解毒等。其中成药制剂主要有裸花紫珠片(海南九芝堂药业有限公司)。笔者查阅了相关文献,将裸花紫珠在皮肤科的临床应用综述如下。

Luohuazizhu（ Callicarpa nudiflora Hook.et Arn） is one of Hainan bulk genuine medicine,is widely distributed in Guangdong,Guangxi,Hainan of China and southeast Asia,including India,Vietnam,Singapore and other places. Because of its high medicinal value,it is widely used in dermatology,gynecology,ENT,surgery and ophthalmology,its main indications are hemostasis,anti-inflammation,detoxification,and so on. Its chinese patent medicine have two main pieces,Luohuazizhu tablets and Luohuazizhu capsules. We reviewed the correlated literatures,now summarise its clinical use in dermatology in recent years as follows.
