中药植物多糖对恶性黑素瘤作用的实验研究进展

Experimental study on the effect of traditional Chinese medicine plant polysaccharide on malignant melanoma

恶性黑素瘤(MM)是皮肤黏膜和色素膜组织的恶性肿瘤,恶性程度高、病程进展快、转移迅速、治疗效果差,是近年来发病率增长最快的恶性肿瘤之一,严重危及人类健康。现今,中药植物多糖抗肿瘤作用日益受到关注,多糖对恶黑体内体外作用的相关实验研究也逐渐增多,为恶黑的预防和治疗开辟了新思路。

Malignant melanoma（ mm） is a malignant tumor of the skin and mucosa and uveal tissue,which is high degree of malignancy,rapid progression,rapid transfer and poor therapeutic effect.It is also one of the malignant tumor with the fastest growth incidence in recent years,to be a serious threat to human health. Nowadays,more and more attention has been paid to the anti-tumor function of traditional Chinese medicine plant polysaccharides. The in vivo and in vitro experimental study on the effect of polysaccharide on malignant melanoma has been gradually increasing,which has opened up a new idea for the prevention and treatment of malignant melanoma.
